Responsibilities:

1. On-Chain Asset & Staking Reconciliation

Reconcile DeFi Revenue: Conduct detailed reconciliations of DeFi staking revenue utilizing on-chain explorers’ data to ensure complete financial accuracy and reporting integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the risk team to verify on-chain staking rewards, and coordinate with the wallet team to ensure timely and accurate exchange account crediting.
Anomaly Detection: Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve abnormal transactions, discrepancies, and reward variances.

2. Financial Wallets Management

Data Extraction: Query and extract raw data directly from the internal system database.
Wallet Reconciliation: Reconcile weekly & monthly distinct financial wallets across various categories (including spot, margin, futures, staking revenue etc.).
Risk Analysis: Analyze asset movements to identify, flag, and mitigate abnormal or unauthorized transactional behavior.

3. Business Process Management (BPM) & Payment Reviews

Payment Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate the underlying business nature of all incoming payment requests to ensure full alignment with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Data Validation: Validate crucial payment details, including vendor credentials, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, and exact transaction amounts.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for requestors to resolve payment discrepancies or clarify transaction details.
Entity Management: Manage and submit weekly BPM requests to the CN Fiat Team to secure executive approvals.

4. Financial Reporting & Cash Flow Allocation

Financial Reporting: Execute the month-end closing process, ensuring all crypto and fiat transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system, specifically QuickBooks.
Cash Flow Allocation: Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts to evaluate upcoming crypto and fiat liquidity requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
3 – 5 years relevant experience in accounting and reporting, with a preference for audit experience.
Proven hands-on experience with accounting processes.
Experience in crypto exchanges & blockchains is highly preferred
Proactive, able to work independently and detailed-oriented
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
