【Job Responsibilities】

Handle the company’s accounting work, including bookkeeping, voucher/invoice entry, account reconciliations, and monthly closing.
Prepare monthly financial statements and related analysis in accordance with financial reporting standards.
Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, ensuring that financial documents are properly filed and archived in line with regulations.
Assist in the preparation of Profits Tax returns and other documents required for statutory compliance.
Liaise with external auditors and provide relevant information for the annual audit.
Reconcile and verify revenue, costs, and expenses to ensure accurate and compliant accounting treatment.
Assist in optimizing financial processes and improving internal control.
Perform other ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks assigned by management.

【Job Requirements】

Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident, and legally eligible to work full-time in Hong Kong without the need for the company to apply for a work visa.
Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines, with Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or above.
1–3 years of accounting experience. Candidates with Hong Kong company bookkeeping experience and/or experience working with Mainland China accounting teams are preferred.
Familiar with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and Hong Kong local tax and statutory compliance requirements.
Able to independently complete daily bookkeeping and monthly closing tasks.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. Able to independently handle day-to-day matters and also support cross-functional tasks with the team.
Cantonese as the main working language, with proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication when required.
