Role Description The Finance Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong. The Finance Administrator will handle day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role will assist with financial planning and budgeting processes, prepare regular financial reports and summaries, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation. The Finance Administrator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely information flow, support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and contribute to process improvements in finance operations.

Qualifications

Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Solid Accounting knowledge, including familiarity with basic accounting principles and reconciliations.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are beneficial.
Experience in financial services, investment banking, or infrastructure-related sectors is a plus.
