Key Responsibilities

User & Technical Support

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Teams, printers, and mobile devices.
Support meeting rooms, video conferencing facilities, and workplace technology.
Assist users with troubleshooting and day-to-day IT queries.

Incident & Service Management

Device & Asset Management

Joiner, Mover & Leaver Support

Infrastructure & Operations Support

Security & Compliance

Qualifications

Education

Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

1-3 years' experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or a similar technical role.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
Experience in hospitality, retail, airport, or fast-paced operational environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Nice to Have

Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, endpoint management, or Microsoft 365 administration.
