About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

User & Technical Support

Provide on-site and remote technical support to users across Asia Pacific locations.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
Support workstation setup, relocation, and hardware deployment.

Incident & Service Request Management

Manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
Perform troubleshooting and coordinate escalations where required.
Work with vendors and regional teams to resolve issues within agreed service levels.

Device & Asset Management

Infrastructure & Operational Support

Perform basic troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues.
Support local office environments and business operational systems.
Assist with regional technology deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Security, Compliance & Documentation

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
2+ years' experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Support, or Technical Support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Teams
Experience with hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with ITSM tools
Exposure to Intune, Entra ID, Defender, or Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skill
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting multi-site users across APAC preferred
Background in airport, retail, hospitality, or operational environments is advantageous
