Job summary

Provide technical support and troubleshoot on Mobile Network equipment, support for client’s trial, demonstration and test and commissioning.

Main Responsibilities

Be able to work proactively and independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Be familiar using testing equipment like spectrum analyzer, signal generator for trouble shooting or product demonstration of Mobile Network equipment.
Conduct customer’s product trial, demonstration and test and commissioning
Possession of various safety certifications is an advantage;

Job Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
Minimum 1year relevant experience in telecommunications industry;
Mobile Network experience, Wi-Fi or IT will be an advantage;
Possession of safety certifications is an advantage;
Customer-oriented with good communication skills, proactive and able to work under pressure.
