Working closely with leading global hardware manufacturers, the company is expanding its engineering presence in China and is looking for a talented Technical Support & Integration Engineer to join the team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with customer collaboration, acting as the bridge between engineering teams in China and Europe while supporting the successful integration of next-generation technology into embedded devices.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for manufacturing and technology partners throughout the integration process.
Support firmware integration on Embedded Linux and RTOS-based devices.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to embedded systems, firmware, networking, and cloud connectivity.
Work closely with partner engineering teams during the initial integration phase to ensure successful implementation.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams in Europe and external technology partners in China to resolve technical challenges.
Conduct on-site testing, validation, and quality assurance of new products.
Participate in technical kick-off meetings and provide ongoing technical guidance to customers.
Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Field Application Engineering (FAE), or Technical Integration.
Strong programming experience in C/C++.
Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux (RTOS experience is an advantage).
Good understanding of firmware development, embedded systems, and hardware integration.
Experience troubleshooting embedded devices and integration issues.
Familiarity with networking protocols such as HTTP and MQTT.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Native or fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
Previous experience supporting OEM/ODM manufacturers, IoT devices, smart cameras, or consumer electronics is highly desirable.
Experience working with international engineering teams or cross-cultural environments would be an advantage.
