About The Role

IMan Investment is hiring a Talent & People Partner to own recruiting quality and people operations as we hire across Hong Kong, New York and regional Partner seats. You will design thoughtful hiring processes, support candidate experience and help build a high-trust internal culture.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting for investment, banking, legal and regional Partner roles
Improve careers messaging, scorecards and interview loops
Partner with hiring managers on prioritisation and offer processes
Support onboarding and people operations for a distributed team
Maintain employer-brand consistency across public careers content
Advise leadership on capacity planning and role sequencing

Requirements

5–9 years in talent acquisition or people partnering within finance, consulting or high-growth environments
Experience hiring senior / Partner-level candidates preferred
Excellent candidate communication and process discipline
Comfortable working across Asia and US time zones
Bachelor’s degree required
