About the Company

We are seeking a switch-on, detail-driven, and proactive Business / Financial Analyst, Luxury Retail for a premium retailer to serve as a strategic right hand to the Regional President. In this high-visibility role, you will turn complex data into executive-ready narratives and actionable business plans, gaining direct exposure to the high-level, strategic operations.

About the Role

Support the development and tracking of annual and long-term business plans; conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities and emerging luxury trends; evaluate ROI for new store openings, campaigns, and strategic investments; monitor KPIs across channels and recommend corrective actions.
Act as the primary author for the President’s presentations, crafting visually compelling, logically structured PPTs for board reviews and town halls; translate financial models and research into clear, persuasive executive summaries; ensure all materials reflect the retail brand’s luxury brand aesthetic and are error-free.
Consolidate internal and external data to generate actionable insights; build and maintain executive dashboards for real-time performance visibility; partner with Finance to extract, clean, and model data with accuracy for senior leadership.
Serve as a liaison between the President and department heads (Retail, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance); track cross-functional project milestones, proactively remove roadblocks, and manage the President’s strategic meeting calendar and materials.

About the Requirement

Luxury retail or fashion experience (in-house or consulting) is highly preferred.
Native or fluent English is mandatory.
Highly proactive, resilient, hands-on, and agile in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, including Presidents, CMO, CFO, CEO, and Group level leadership.
