Job Description:

Manage funding transactions and cash movements across accounts.
Maintain full bookkeeping records and prepare monthly financial reports.
Handle full set of management account independently.
Performed bank reconciliations and reconciled investment portfolios, including profit and loss (P&L) positions in brokerage accounts.
Coordinated and communicated effectively with overseas offices through email correspondence.
Using Bloomberg to obtain market prices and foreign exchange rates.
Issue cheques and handle related payment processing.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Holder of LCCI Level 2 Certificate, or a Degree/Higher Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in FLEX/Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Strong Excel skills, including VBA knowledge for handling and analyzing large volumes of data, will be an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
