Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the accounting matters on management company within the Group, including but not limited to financial reporting, cashflow management, and handling of transaction documents. He/she has to liaise with various overseas offices for cash flow planning and monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including reviewing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including company-level and consolidation accounting;
Monitor liquidity position on management company;
Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual audits.
Prepare/review board minutes and resolutions for the Group entities.
Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required

To qualify, applicants must possess:

A university degree in accounting, business administration or a related discipline
4 years or above relevant financial accounting, audit or commercial experience, preferably related to fund accounting and administration
Experience with HKFRS and US GAAP financial reporting will be an advantage
Knowledge of company secretarial matters will be an advantage
Independent, detail oriented, analytical, strong time management and interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and striving for continuous development
Ability to handle ad hoc projects with tight deadlines
Good written and spoken English and Putonghua
