Our client is a fast-growing AI fintech company at the forefront of transforming the wealth and asset management industry. Their innovative AI-powered investment platform enables wealth advisors and asset managers to deliver personalised portfolios through advanced analytics, predictive insights, and real-time market intelligence, helping institutional clients make smarter, data-driven investment decisions. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Senior Accountant.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts, including daily accounting entries, accruals, fixed asset recording and month-end closing;
Prepare monthly management reports, financial schedules, and variance analysis for group review;
Assist with group consolidation, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations;
Support audit and statutory reporting processes, including liaison with external auditors;
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group accounting policies;
Assist in ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Calculate NAV of client portfolio
Internal control examination and checking of all outgoing financials
Support Sales Team with financial data

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS office applications and be able to use advanced techniques in excel;
Working experience in manufacturing sector or use of ERP is an added advantage;
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
A team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Self-motivated, independent, meticulous and capable of prioritizing workload.
Knowledge in financial reporting and investment related products
Experience with Fin-Tech AI operations preferred
Use of Zoho Books is required, must have cloud based accounting software experience. Experience with software such a Xero, Quickbook, SAP is sufficient.
