Key Responsibilities

R&D pipeline development from project scoping to technological validation and commercial application.
Advanced Testing & Sensing Development: Spearhead technical methodologies for wastewater analytical testing and real-time air quality monitoring. Oversee the prototyping and deployment of advanced bio-sensing platforms.
Public Health Data Analytics: Direct data analysis initiatives to map environmental data points against public health metrics. Ensure precision data modeling to support risk assessments and proactive safety interventions.
Regulatory development: Serve as the key person for accreditation maintenance and compliance framework enforcement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with corporate partners, academic institutions, and government regulatory bodies to present scientific data, manage collaborative grants, and ensure full compliance transparency.
This role requires a proactive individual who can work with project leaders to ensure high-quality execution of both marketing and operational tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

Academic: Ph.D. related to Material Sciences, Chemistry, or Biological Science.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-PhD professional experience directly integrating R&D project management and hands-on laboratory technical operations.
Regulatory Mastery: At least 3 years of direct, verified experience managing or auditing compliance frameworks specifically related to ISO standards and Food Safety standards.
Technical Competency Highlights:
Proven technical track record in wastewater analytical testing and monitoring procedures.
Direct experience developing or utilizing bio-sensing technologies.
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis pipelines mapping environmental contaminants or indicators to public health metrics.
Familiarity with air quality testing procedures and standard.
Leadership Profile: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of driving cross-disciplinary scientific teams to achieve tight milestones.
