Responsibilities:

Input data into Database
Update data file with in Excel
Prepare & co-ordinate with clients for delivery arrangement & documents
Follow up with clients instruction & provide stock availability & shipping information to stores/warehouse

Requirements:

Excellent in Excel Skills IS A MUST
Familiar with (Pivot Table and V Lookup) IS A MUST
Could read simplified Chinese 能閱讀簡體字
Proficiency in PC operations including Word, Excel, fast accurate input Chinese.
Able to read English and reply email.
Passed in Eng. Subject DSE/HKCEE
With at least 2 years relevant warehouse and logistics clerical experience
Well-organised and attentive to details; Stable working history
Immediately available /short notice is preferred.

WORKING LOCATION: TUEN MUN
