Job Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and deliver month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing on time and accurately.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the accounting books and Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
Perform necessary book adjustments to align with Group accounting policies and ensure compliance.
Oversee daily payment operations, ensuring proper execution and controls.
Reconcile local and corporate books for Asia subsidiaries/branches and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
Review invoices and payment supporting documents, ensuring proper approvals in accordance with the approval matrix.
Prepare cash flow statements and monitor entity-level cash flow movement.
Maintain and take ownership of key supporting schedules, including Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations.
Support the preparation of monthly management reports by function/segment/region (including event flash report) and provide analysis to identify unusual items and trends.
Assist with tax computation, tax returns and IRD filings.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff / accounts clerks.
Support annual audits and internal control compliance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably covering full set and closing.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and ERP systems (e.g., Yonyou) is an advantage.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
