Salary: HKD 40,000–50,000/month + 2-Month Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in compensation, payroll, HR operations, and employment compliance within the financial services industry.
As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive compensation strategies, optimize HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead payroll administration, compensation planning, annual salary reviews, and bonus processes.
Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs through market benchmarking and data analysis.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, attendance, and performance management.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and internal HR policies.
Support HR operational excellence and continuously improve HR processes.
Coordinate office administration and vendor management when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
Prior experience managing payroll for medium to large organizations is highly preferred.
Experience within financial services, securities, asset management, or fintech is preferred.
Solid understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Hands-on experience managing payroll and compensation processes for organizations with 200+ employees is highly preferred. Experience in financial services, securities, or fintech will be a strong advantage.
