Responsibilities:

• Sales Planning: Revise daily sales plans to align with and achievement of management objectives.

• Campaign Planning: Develop eStore promotion strategies, evaluate post-campaign performance, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.

• Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritize eStore product portfolios to optimize the online product mix, sales performance, and profitability.

• Supply Chain Management (SCM): Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and reporting to maintain operational efficiency and minimize stock-related risks.

Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in a relevant discipline

• Proven hands-on experience in business operations, sales planning, or related functional areas. Experience in eCommerce, consumer electronics, or retail sector is a plus

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in supply chain management, campaign management, price management, and portfolio management. Hands-on experience within an eCommerce environment is a plus

• Proactive and sales-driven mindset with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments

• Strong team player capable of thriving in agile, fast-paced, and dynamic working environments
