We are looking for an Officer - Human Resources based in Hong Kong to assist the Human Resources Team in daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for handling all-round Human Resources duties including Compensation and Benefits administration, Payroll processing, HR Information System, Performance Appraisal System administration and HR operation, etc.

Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax and MPF administration etc.;
Provide support in annual C&B exercise including salary review, bonus payout, staff cost budgeting, salary survey and data analysis;
Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS and other relevant databases/ systems;
Administer employees’ benefits schemes, such as group medical insurance scheme, travel insurance, employee compensation;
Handle any other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines; with strong interests in pursuing a career in Human Resources;
At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance industry or multinationals;
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations;
Responsible and organized, and be comfortable to work under a fast pace environment;
Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills;
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent data management skills and analytical skill;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and SUMPRODUCT, and Chinese Word Processing;
Experience working with Workday would be an advantage;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Officer role.
