· Responding to business expansion, we urgently seek one highly-qualified full-time fund accountant to join our Finance and Operations team.

What your role is

· To prepare daily booking of transactions and to process corporate action events;

· To review fund NAV reports prepared by fund administrator;

· To prepare middle office reports and to support trade reconciliations;

· To coordinate with front office, fund administrator and brokers for daily post-trade operations;

· To support the management to handle regulatory and other fund operations;

· To monitor service quality of 3rd party service providers;

· To identify operational improvement opportunities to management and to conduct UAT;

· To perform book keeping and prepare accounting entries for group companies and related companies under various type of industries

· To prepare bank and inter-companies account reconciliation

Who you are

· Higher Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines

· 1-2 years’ relevant experience, Fresh Graduates are welcome.

· A qualified accountant; with qualifications/certificates in finance would be advantageous

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Chinese Word Processing and Peachtree

· Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

· Mature, intelligent, proactive, detailed-minded, self-motivated, and independent

· Immediate availability is most preferred

· Preferably a qualified accountant; with qualifications/certificates in finance would be advantageous;

· Having a pleasant, outgoing and supportive personality; a natural team player;
