We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across the Hong Kong and broader APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles, from intake to offer and close.
Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and competency frameworks aligned to revenue targets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and agency/vendor relationships where needed.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market compensation benchmarks, interview design, and candidate assessment for sales roles.
Drive an excellent candidate experience, representing the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting for Sales/GTM functions in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
Ensure compliance with local Hong Kong employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong track record specifically in Sales/GTM or revenue-function hiring (SaaS, tech, or B2B preferred).
Proven experience recruiting across levels — from individual contributor sales roles through senior sales/GTM leadership.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering directly with Sales/GTM executives.
Deep familiarity with the Hong Kong and broader APAC talent market for sales and commercial talent.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to build and present hiring metrics/dashboards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, Cantonese and/or Mandarin a strong plus.
