Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Project Manager role based in Hong Kong, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of property technology projects, from requirement gathering and solution scoping to implementation and post-launch support. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines and resources, managing stakeholders across clients and internal teams, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and budget. The role involves preparing project plans and status reports, tracking risks and issues, and facilitating effective communication among engineering, product, design, and client representatives. The Project Manager will also support process improvement, contribute to product enhancement discussions based on client feedback, and help standardize project execution practices across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong project leadership with skills in Project Management and related coordination activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to drive timely completion of tasks, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
Inspection and quality oversight skills to verify that project outputs meet functional, technical, and contractual requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience managing software or SaaS implementation projects, ideally in property, facility management, or related industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving client needs.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and standard productivity software.
