Our products support teams with AI agents, workflow automation, customer handling, sales operations, project coordination, knowledge management, and business operating systems such as SalesOS, ProjectOS, GrowthOS, BuildOS, FinOS, and ResourcesOS.

We are expanding in the Hong Kong market and looking for a motivated part-time sales teammate who can help introduce JARY AI to SMEs, professional firms, education organizations, property/building teams, and business owners who want to use AI in real work, not just as a demo.

## Role summary

You will help JARY AI identify potential customers, open conversations, qualify business needs, arrange demos or follow-up meetings, and support the sales pipeline in Hong Kong. This is a flexible part-time role suitable for someone with strong communication skills, a good local network, and interest in AI, SaaS, business transformation, or B2B services.

## Key responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential Hong Kong customers, partners, and referral sources.

- Introduce JARY AI clearly and professionally to business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

- Understand customer pain points around sales, operations, customer service, project management, admin work, and AI adoption.

- Qualify leads and record useful customer information, including industry, use case, urgency, budget range when available, and decision process.

- Arrange demos, discovery calls, or meetings for the JARY AI team.

- Follow up with leads in a timely and polite way through approved channels.

- Support local sales campaigns, events, workshops, and partner outreach when needed.

- Share market feedback, objections, common customer questions, and potential product opportunities with the team.

- Maintain simple sales activity records and pipeline updates.

## Ideal candidate

- Based in Hong Kong, with good understanding of the local business environment.

- Fluent in Cantonese; comfortable in English. Mandarin is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Confident speaking with business owners, managers, or senior stakeholders.

- Interested in AI, technology, SaaS, business workflow improvement, or digital transformation.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

- Existing B2B network in SMEs, property management, education, professional services, retail, F&B, finance, insurance, logistics, or technology is a strong advantage.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, marketing, or partnership development is preferred but not mandatory.

## Nice to have

- Experience selling software, SaaS, AI tools, automation, IT solutions, consulting, training, or business services.

- Familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp business communication, LinkedIn outreach, or event-based lead generation.

- Ability to explain technology in simple business language.

- Comfortable giving short product introductions or supporting demo sessions.

## Working arrangement

- Part-time and flexible schedule.

- Hong Kong market focus.

- Mostly remote / hybrid, with occasional in-person meetings, demos, events, or customer visits when appropriate.

- Expected time commitment can be agreed based on candidate availability and campaign needs.

## Compensation

Compensation can be structured based on experience and arrangement, for example:

- Hourly or monthly part-time allowance; and/or

- Commission or performance bonus for qualified leads, arranged meetings, or closed deals.

Final compensation structure to be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

## What success looks like

In the first 30–60 days, the successful candidate should be able to:

- Understand JARY AI’s basic product positioning and target customer use cases.

- Build a small list of relevant Hong Kong prospects or referral sources.

- Start qualified conversations with potential customers.

- Arrange meaningful demos or sales meetings for the JARY AI team.

- Capture market feedback that helps improve our sales messages and offers.
