Role Description The Auditors QMS role at J3N is a full-time remote position focused on evaluating and improving the it’s customers Quality Management System. On a regular basis, the auditor audits and reviews policies, procedures, and records to verify compliance on behalf of its clients. The role includes planning and conducting internal audits, documenting findings, and preparing clear reports and recommendations. The auditor collaborates with operational and management teams to address nonconformities, support corrective and preventive actions, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes. Ongoing responsibilities also include maintaining audit documentation, contributing to risk assessments, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the wholesale operation.

Qualifications

Quality management and auditing skills, including experience with QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar) and internal audit methodologies. International membership in globally know auditor membership (i.e., IRCA, ASQ, and similar).
Process analysis and improvement abilities, such as mapping workflows, identifying root causes, and recommending practical corrective actions.
Documentation and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare clear audit reports, maintain accurate records, and manage audit schedules.
Communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment and present findings in a constructive manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple audits, deadlines, and follow-up activities independently.
Familiarity with wholesale or distribution operations and related regulatory or industry standards is beneficial.
Comfort with remote work tools and basic digital literacy (e.g., office productivity software, virtual meeting platforms).
Relevant education in quality management, business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in auditing and QMS.
