The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, internationally established financial services provider to hire a Senior Fund Accountant to join their expanding team.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality fund accounting services while supporting team leadership and client relationships. This position offers strong clear path for career progression within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Team Manager in overseeing fund accounting operations and guiding junior team members
Review and supervise NAV calculations (daily/monthly/quarterly)
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting to clients
Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Perform internal reviews and support audit processes
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Coach and mentor junior fund accountants

Desired Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of fund accounting experience, ideally within a fund administration service provider
Prior exposure to fund accounting (Hedge Funds / Private Equity) is a strong advantage
Experience in reviewing work, quality control, and audit coordination
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to guide and develop junior team members
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
