As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, and benefits administration while ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You should be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively suggest process enhancements. The next step of your career journey is HR Operations Lead or HRBP.

Responsibilities:

Manage the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint; partnering closely with the Administrative Officer for equipment setup etc.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and eMPF contributions, acting as a subject matter expert and advisor for new hires and those entering the workforce.
Participate in broader HR initiatives, including performance reviews, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs.
Support employee lifecycle management for Malaysia and Singapore, partnering with external payroll vendors and completing local onboarding processes.
Continuously drive process improvements and strive for excellence. In this role, you don't just complete tasks—you are a key contributor to the employee experience and add genuine value toward building a high-performing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of well-rounded HR operations experience (hands-on payroll experience is required).
Ambitious and driven to progress into a Regional HR Specialist or HRBP role.
Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential (Speaking + writting).
