Responsibilities

Job Description:

Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment, leave administrations and staff relations
Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
Prepare reports and analysis for management review
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Possess 1- year’s relevant experience in sizeable organizations is preferred
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
Proactive, multi-tasked and able to work in fast-paced environment
Sound communications and interpersonal skills with staff of all levels
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Experience in using IPL is an advantage
Fresh gradutes are also welcome
Immediate available will be highly preferred
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
