Job Descriptions:

Actively participate in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the Marketing Budget.
Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
Make sales calls on accounts within specific markets.
Review and conduct regular research on potential markets needs coverage.
Keep updated with client relationships, overall business goals and conduct site inspection.
Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email and written communications.
Follow up and handle all aspects of Familiarization / special groups including enquiry, coordination and execution thereof.
Attend major corporate functions and promotional events for the hotel.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years’ solid sales experience in hotel Corporate and MICE segments
Self-motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
