Job Responsibilities

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations with all partner insurance companies, verify details of policy premiums, commissions, bonuses and various expenses to guarantee the accuracy of the company’s receivables.
Calculate performance payouts for partner institutions and brokerage consultants. Precisely compute initial commissions, renewal commissions and all types of performance bonuses in accordance with business contracts and corporate policies, and support timely disbursement within specified deadlines.
Compile management reports related to financial settlement, monitor commission expenditures and settlement cycles, regularly analyze fluctuations in settlement data, and provide management with financial recommendations for cost control and business strategy optimization.
Establish and improve internal control systems for settlement and commission accounting, optimize existing reconciliation and bonus calculation workflows to ensure efficient, compliant settlement operations with controllable risks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 2 years of experience in settlement and commission management within the insurance industry; familiar with the operation model and regulatory ordinances of Hong Kong insurance brokerage.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid data analysis capabilities, capable of independently reconciling and validating large volumes of transaction data.
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, meticulous and rigorous work attitude, able to withstand work pressure and tight settlement deadlines.
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to effectively coordinate financial matters between business departments and insurance carriers.
