About the Job

End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of the IT/ Security implementation lifecycle. Drive projects from initial concept and business analysis through functional specification, resources planning, deployment, and project handover
Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to clients and team members
Act as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status, risks, and decisions to all levels of stakeholders
Manage project governance, including change control, risk mitigation, and performance reporting
Oversee cost, scope, and quality, ensuring project deliverables meet agreed-upon specifications
Review and manage changes to project requirements and design, initiating enhancements to improve application usability
Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management.
PMP cert. & SI Experience are preferable
Fundamental understanding of network technologies and strong business analysis skills
Outstanding coordination, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
