The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Corporate Business Development Director to lead our high-level growth strategies. In this corporate-level role, you will design and execute large-scale expansions, strategic partnerships, and market entry initiatives. Working closely with the C-suite and executive leadership, you will identify new revenue streams, negotiate transformative deals, and position our organization for long-term market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Design and execute the corporate business development roadmap aligned with long-term enterprise goals.
Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and close high-value corporate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industries to identify new commercial opportunities.
Executive Collaboration: Advise corporate leadership on growth strategies, financial modeling, risk assessments, and investment opportunities.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team to achieve corporate growth targets.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 10+ years of business development, corporate strategy, or M&A experience, with at least 5 years in a director or senior management role.
Track Record: Proven success in driving high-impact new business development initiatives and securing high-value corporate partnerships.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, financial acumen, contract structuring, and executive-level communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical related curriculum; an MBA is highly preferred.
Network: An established, influential network in the Telco, Structure Wiring, Data center infrastructure, and High Precision Metal industries.
