Job Summary

A fantastic internship opportunity has arisen for a Finance Accountant to join our Hong Kong Finance Team.

In this Role you will be responsible for supporting the Hong Kong operation in the delivery of project finance and general finance support. You will be collaborating and partnering closely with operation to achieve operational KPI and financial success.

The role will be broad, hands-on, challenging and highly rewarding for the successful individual.

This role will report to Regional Finance Manager, Hong Kong, Infrastructure + Energy.

Job Duties

Interface regularly with finance team members and project delivery teams.
Prepare financial reports, customer service, invoices.
Proper data entry in accounting systems.
Prepare month end journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit traceability record retention.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely remittance to vendors.
Assist in the preparation of the statutory annual audit.
Handle project financial management for Hong Kong projects.
Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn finance systems and processes.
