Responsibilities:

Carry out routine accounting duties including accounts payable and receivable for hotel operations;
Prepare month-end closing and reports;
Handle filing and data entries as assigned by supervisor;
Administration support of bank matters including bank reconciliation statements;
Assist in annual audit;
Perform daily accounting operations and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in hotel operations with hands-on experience in Oasis and Cambridge hotel systems is definitely an advantage
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Independent and committed with good efficiency
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, FlexSystem etc.
