Objective of the Role

This individual provides support to the Rewards / C&B / HR Operation team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll calculation, part-time payments, final payments, leave management, attendance record, medical administration, and general filing
Handle rosters and attendances record
Maintain and update HR database
Ensure HR policies & practices are compliant with statutory requirements
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Profile Requirements

Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
1-2 years relevant experience in a sizable organization; fresh graduate will also be considered
Highly motivated team player with positive attitude
Able to work independently and meet tight timelines
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Must be computer-literated and proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to details and numbers-savvy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with additional experience may be considered as Human Resources Officer.
