Role Description:

Key responsibilities include managing daily liquidity, cash positioning, and global cash management activities. The role involves developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, analyzing working capital trends, and implementing strategies to improve cash utilization across business units. The Senior Manager, Treasury evaluates funding requirements and supports debt issuance, refinancing, and capital structure optimization activities.

The position is also responsible for managing relationships with financial institutions, including banks and credit providers, to secure favorable terms for borrowing, deposits, and other treasury services. The Senior Manager, Treasury oversees banking operations, account structures, and payment systems to ensure efficiency, security, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Risk management is a core aspect of the role, including monitoring and mitigating financial risks such as interest rate risk, foreign exchange exposure, liquidity risk, and counterparty risk. The Senior Manager, Treasury may implement hedging strategies and financial instruments to protect the organization from market volatility and adverse financial movements.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of corporate treasury management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, debt and capital markets, and financial risk management. Deep understanding of banking operations, financial instruments, and corporate finance principles is essential.

Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial data, assess liquidity positions, and develop optimized funding strategies. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting are required.

Experience with financial risk management techniques, including hedging strategies for interest rate risk, foreign exchange exposure, and other market risks. Familiarity with derivatives and treasury-related financial instruments is highly valuable.

Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms, and financial modeling tools. Strong capability in spreadsheet-based modeling and data analysis is expected.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, banking partners, auditors, and senior executives. Strong communication skills are required to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance standards related to treasury operations. Ability to ensure compliance while maintaining operational efficiency is essential.
