What will you do?

Service Excellence: Oversee after-sales repair service providers, ensuring strict adherence to performance benchmarks and service KPIs.
Technical Stewardship: Provide expert technical support for TV Display, Home AV, and Digital Imaging products, resolving complex issues to uphold the Sony standard.
Project & Quality Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver B2B technical solutions, execute product rework projects, and spearhead initiatives for ongoing quality improvement.
Data-Driven Insights: Transform service and quality data into actionable intelligence using advanced Excel, Access, and Power BI analytics.
Capacity Building: Develop and deliver technical training programs for our service partners, frontline teams, and B2B clients to ensure product mastery.
Regulatory Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for local regulatory bodies (EMSD, OFCA) and our manufacturing divisions regarding product compliance and safety standards.

What a successful candidate looks like?

Qualifications: Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in technical support, service engineering, quality analysis, or after-sales service environments.
Technical Proficiency: Solid foundation in electronics, systematic troubleshooting, and quality management principles.
Analytical Edge: Strong aptitude for data analysis; proficiency in Excel, Access, and Power BI is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills: A self-motivated problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to operate effectively both independently and within a team.
Communication: Fluent in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
