The Role

Lead a senior UHNW client portfolio with $500M+ book
Drive Business Plan execution of $100M+ per annum over a three-year horizon
Build out the franchise through team-based hiring (3–4 banker groups encouraged)
Partner with regional leadership on franchise strategy and senior-client coverage
Operate across multiple booking centres for client optimisation
