About this role

The Human Resources Specialist (TA Focus) is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for SPS Hong Kong, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business needs. The role partners closely with hiring managers, local and regional HR to deliver efficient, compliant, and market-aligned hiring outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding coordination)
Deliver recruitment activities in line with agreed timelines and hiring plans
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Stakeholder Management

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning, and skills needs
Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market conditions, and candidate expectations
Coordinate closely with APAC HR (e.g., Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, China) to ensure alignment with regional practices

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

Support HR Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, job fairs, LinkedIn, agencies, authorities or ethnic communities and internal channels
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles (e.g., operations, EWS front of house, document management, client services) to cope with current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding initiatives in the Hong Kong market

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
Monitor agency performance (quality, speed, cost efficiency)
Ensure adherence to agreed terms and budgets

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor regulations and SPS policies
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, including regular update on HR Dashboard to track recruitment performance
Support audits and reporting requirements at local and APAC level

Continuous Improvement & Supports

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality. Reduction in time to hire and spend per hire
Contribute to regional HR initiatives and recruitment process enhancements. Collaborate closely with the global TA community
Support the recruitment for APAC countries on needed basis to better leverage APAC HR resources
Act as a backup support for other Human Resources functions of compensation and benefits, talent development, communication and engagement when required

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline
Minium 3–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally active sourcing approach within service-based, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing, or outsourcing environments
Experience in hiring for operations, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a must
Familiarity with the Hong Kong labour market, hire trend and talent landscape

SKILLS REQUIRED

Flexible, hands-on HR person who comfortable in working in small team and fast-paced environment locally; able to work with team member and stakeholders on regional level
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
Proactive and business-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; Cantonese
