Key Responsibilities:

Create a high volume of visual assets for digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) designed specifically for A/B testing and rapid optimisation.
Design high-converting websites, email templates, and other key online assets with a clear focus on user experience (UX), Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), and on-page SEO design best practices.
Collaborate closely with the different teams to analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into iterative design improvements.
Develop dynamic ad concepts, storyboards, and mocks that capture attention and drive action within the first few seconds.
Conceptualise and execute bold, innovative designs that push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity and meeting campaign objectives.
Translate complex marketing strategies and brand narratives into compelling and clear visual experiences across various digital touchpoints.
Design and animate short, engaging video ads and motion graphics that are highly effective in platform feeds.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual output.
Champion the use of Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) to increase the velocity of creative asset production.
Leverage AI for rapid concepting, generating style variations, and creating high-quality, diverse visual mock-ups to enable more robust A/B testing than traditional methods.
Design and maintain all internal marketing materials to promote the agency’s mission, values, and achievements to the team. This includes internal presentations, pitch deck templates, case study visuals, and brand assets for all departments.
Create engaging visual content for internal communication channels (e.g., Intranet, internal newsletters, Slack/Teams announcements) for initiatives like employee recognition programs, new hire onboarding, and company-wide strategy rollouts.
Translate complex performance data and results into clear, visually compelling sales collateral (e.g., infographics, data visualisations, and custom-branded templates) that empower the sales and account teams.
Conceptualise and design visuals for agency events, conferences, and internal swag, ensuring a consistent and exciting physical manifestation of the agency brand.

Required Skills & Experience:

Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Figma. Proficiency in After Effects or similar for motion graphics and video editing.
Proven experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E) for rapid ideation, concept mock-ups, and asset generation. Experience using AI tools for tasks like image expansion, background removal, upscaling, or creating style variations to accelerate the production of high-volume ad creative.
Proven experience designing for high-volume digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). A portfolio that explicitly demonstrates experience with iterative design, A/B testing, and designing for clear CTAs (Calls to Action).
Solid understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles for web and mobile design. Experience designing responsive websites and site sections with an emphasis on structure, speed, and visual hierarchy to support SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).
Highly collaborative, proactive communicator, and comfortable receiving and applying direct feedback quickly. Excellent time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
