Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-learning BA/Digital Officer/Project Officer to support senior management in the digital Transformation team. This role will help manage presentations, support stakeholder communication, track project progress, and follow up on key actions across transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilitie

sPrepare and refine presentation materials, management decks, and status updates for senior management
.Support communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholders
.Track project milestones, action items, risks, and follow-ups
.Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor action closure
.Maintain project trackers, reports, and key documentation
.Support ad hoc analysis and management requests related to transformation initiatives

.Requirement

sBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related discipline
.1 year of experience in a business analysis, project coordination, PMO, transformation, or similar support roles
.Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
.English, Cantonese, Mandari
nStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
.Quick learner
