Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance Analyst / Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager, Corporate Development on merger & acquisition and business development activities across different regions, including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, and South East Asia.

You will be able to leverage your professional knowledge and problem-solving skills on investment appraisal, deal execution and negotiation, transaction structuring and documentation, valuation and other ad hoc financial analysis and market research.

This position reports to General Manager, Corporate Development. Candidate with higher level of experience and capability will be considered at Manager level.

Job Description

Evaluate and execute corporate transactions, new investment opportunities/projects and any special projects of the group across the regions
Lead the execution/negotiations on corporate transactions / investment projects
Liaise with internal and external parties across different functions (legal, accounting, tax, commercial and operations etc.) at all levels on transaction related matters
Conduct valuation and oversee the due diligence process
Negotiate transaction documentation and provide advice and recommendations on deal structuring
Monitor post-investment performance and contract compliance
Prepare investment papers and financial analysis for executive management

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor’s degree, from top universities are highly preferred
Certified Public Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst Qualification
3-8 years’ experience in total including corporate in-house merger & acquisition with a background in investment banking or major international accounting firms
Experience in relevant industry, such as FMCG, manufacturing and retail is advantageous
Excellent knowledge in corporate finance and accounting
Strong financial modelling skills
Strong problem-solving skills, highly numerate with analytical mindset and business acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various teams and organizational levels
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Willingness to travel
