Job Description

As a Compliance Associate, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will assist in monitoring compliance activities, identifying potential risks, and supporting the development of effective controls and procedures.

Your responsibilities include conducting compliance checks, assisting in regulatory monitoring, maintaining compliance records, and supporting internal reviews and audits. You will help prepare compliance reports, document findings, and track remediation actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

The role involves working closely with compliance officers and cross-functional teams to support policy implementation, respond to compliance-related queries, and assist in training and awareness initiatives. You will also contribute to data collection and analysis to support risk assessments and regulatory reporting.

Through strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach, you will help ensure consistent compliance with regulatory requirements and support the organization’s governance framework.

Qualifications

Compliance Knowledge : Understanding of basic compliance principles, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Research & Analysis : Ability to review policies, regulations, and business processes accurately.
Audit Support : Exposure to compliance monitoring, internal checks, or audit assistance is an advantage.
Reporting & Documentation : Ability to prepare accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Attention to Detail : Strong accuracy when reviewing data and compliance materials.
Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and support compliance inquiries.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify issues and support corrective actions.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with compliance and cross-functional teams.
