We are seeking a finance team member with a strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle invoicing, allocation of bank receipts, payment verification, and stock analysis.
Assist in month-end closing activities for overseas subsidiaries.
Liaise with overseas offices on accounting and finance matters.
Prepare account reconciliations, schedule reviews, and account analyses.
Support the month-end closing process and financial reporting activities.
Assist with ad hoc assignments, projects, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; audit experience is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with hands-on experience in accounting systems.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
