Purpose of The Role: Responsible for driving customer satisfaction and order fulfillment by monitoring the entire ordering process, including receiving and processing orders, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining order records.

What You’ll Do:

Support sales order processing for the assigned accounts / customers
Coordinate with internal parties on order arrangement and account maintenance
Perform daily administrative tasks, including order entry, delivery follow-up, goods return request
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

F.5 graduate or above
With 1-2 years of related experience in sales coordination or order management
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, team player with good telephone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Advantage to Have:

Experience in using ERP system (e.g. SAP or equivalent) will be an advantage
