Responsibilities:

Lead & drive the product management activities, including product enhancement programs, new product introduction, and portfolio management for Primary products
Plan & execute the project development and capture the new business opportunities in specified market segments
Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends of focused applications, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Analyze the market intelligence and formulate the product marketing strategies to meet sales targets
Closely collaborate with factories, sales & marketing team and overseas business partners, to ensure effective communication throughout business development process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management and development
Technical knowledge in electronics industry is preferrable
Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem-solving capability
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS excel & PowerPoint is a must
Good command of both spoken and written English
Occasional travel is needed
