Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will play a key role in promoting a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, conducting compliance risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring that policies and procedures remain effective and up to date. You will identify potential compliance issues, investigate findings, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks and strengthen governance frameworks.

The role involves coordinating compliance reviews, supporting audits and regulatory examinations, and preparing reports for senior management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance requirements, assist with policy implementation, and ensure that business operations align with regulatory obligations and organizational standards.

You will also oversee compliance monitoring activities, track key performance indicators, and support the development of training and awareness programs. Through proactive risk management, effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement, you will help safeguard the organization’s reputation and maintain a robust compliance environment.

Qualifications

Compliance & Regulatory Expertise : Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance principles.
Risk Management : Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks.
Policy Development & Implementation : Experience establishing, maintaining, and improving compliance policies and procedures.
Audit & Monitoring : Knowledge of compliance reviews, internal controls, monitoring activities, and audit support processes.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to evaluate complex issues and develop practical compliance solutions.
Reporting & Documentation : Ability to prepare compliance reports, maintain records, and communicate findings effectively.
Leadership & Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments and support organizational compliance initiatives.
Training & Awareness : Ability to support and promote compliance education and awareness programs.
Education : Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field. Professional compliance certifications are considered an advantage.
