We are seeking a high-caliber Private Banking Assistant (PBA) to join our team in Hong Kong. The main goal of the ARM role is to support the Banker in servicing client accounts.

Your Role:

Support Bankers and senior team members in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts to ensure a high standard of client experience.
Assist with account opening, onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and periodic review processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Credit and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Prepare and collate documentation for client meetings, investment proposals, portfolio reviews and other client-related activities.
Monitor and follow up on client instructions, payments and administrative requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and procedures.
Support the team in identifying and escalating operational or compliance-related risks where appropriate.
Respond to client enquiries professionally and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of portfolio and client reporting materials.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the team as required.

Your Profile:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or in a similar client servicing role within private banking or wealth management.
Good understanding of private banking operations, client onboarding and KYC processes.
Familiarity with financial products and wealth management services would be advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Holder of HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 and 8, or willingness to obtain the relevant licensing requirements, would be an advantage
