Role Description As an Associate at Margie Chan & Co, you will support client engagements by conducting research, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with day-to-day project execution. You will help gather and analyze information, draft correspondence and presentations, and maintain accurate records and filings. The role involves coordinating with internal team members and clients, managing timelines, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. You will also participate in internal meetings, contribute to process improvements, and support business development activities where needed. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear findings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an advantage.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software as needed.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Demonstrated interest in professional services, consulting, or advisory work and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
