About the Role

The Internal Audit Intern will support the team in internal audit assignments, internal control review, and related administrative work. Internal audit internship roles commonly provide exposure to operational processes, compliance checking, risk assessment and control review.

Job Duties

Assist in planning and conducting internal audit exercises under supervision, including walkthroughs, control testing and documentation of findings.
Review internal control procedures and support the team in identifying gaps or areas for improvement.
Prepare audit working papers, summaries, records and supporting documents for internal review.
Handle enquiries related to internal audit matters, follow up on information requests, and liaise with relevant departments.
Assist in collection actions and related procedures, including follow-up on outstanding items and preparation of related records.
Provide support on ad hoc assignments and routine administrative duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements

Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
