AINOM is a visual solution provider for home decor brands. We are looking for a dynamic Project Associate to join our Operations team. You will serve as the vital link between our clients and our internal production team, managing design projects from initial brief to final delivery while analyzing metrics to continuously elevate our operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Responsibilities

Briefing & Financial Admin: Process incoming client briefs into clear project parameters and manage the administration of related invoices and receipts.
Production Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator for the design and production teams, monitoring daily production, managing client revisions, and securing on-time delivery.
Operations Data Analysis: Collect, track, and analyze core operational metrics to identify workflow bottlenecks and evaluate resource capacity.
Reporting & Optimization: Prepare regular operations reports and develop actionable improvement measurements to provide better, more efficient service to our clients.
Quality Assurance: Review final visual deliverables against the initial client brief to maintain AINOM’s quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

Tertiary degree, preferably in interior design or a related creative/business discipline.
1–3 years of work experience (fresh graduates with a strong analytical mindset are welcome).
Work-level English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin to coordinate with regional clients and teams.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Excel (for data tracking), and project management tools.
Strong balance of interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, and numbers-oriented problem-solving.
