What You Will Be Doing

Act as a trusted advisor on talent management and acquisition strategies using SHL solutions and analytics
Build and grow client relationships across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea
Partner with commercial teams during presales to shape tailored talent solutions
Engage senior leaders, delivering insights that influence talent decisions and strategy
Design and deliver consulting projects including job analysis, succession planning and assessment solutions
Deliver behavioural and psychological insights through reports, interviews and simulations
Facilitate development interventions including coaching, workshops and assessment debriefs
Analyse talent data to create impactful reports and visualisations for decision-making

What we are looking for from you

Essential

Significant years talent management or HR consulting experience
Postgraduate degree in Organisational Psychology or HR
Strong passion for talent solutions design and delivery
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Desirable

Executive-level assessment and consulting experience
Experience with psychometric tools and behavioural assessments
Strong stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level
Data analysis and visualisation experience

Right to work in Hong Kong is required
