GENERAL SUMMARY

This position will assist the regional controllers and work with all stakeholders to deliver timely financial analysis for performance monitoring and support key business initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in internal management reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide effective financial analysis.
Communicate with business units and senior management to facilitate insightful decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Specifications:

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Strong PC and financial modelling abilities.
Excellent communication skills.

Education:

Qualified accountant with Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience, ideally gained in a major accounting firm or within the insurance industry.
Solid experience in business performance management disciplines.
Familiarity with Workday and Anaplan is an advantage.
